Return Policy
Once an item is sold and shipped we consider the purchase to be final. However, there are circumstances which create the need to contact us about your purchase. Please Contact Us by email within 48 hours of delivery. We will respond with the steps you take to return your purchase.
We offer a no-hassle return process. Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase. A Store Credit Exchange is easy when you follow instructions:
- Request a return authorization via email within 48 hours of delivery
- Read, sign, and include the exchange form with the return
- Ship the return immediately following return authorization
- Returns must be received within one week of your delivery date
- Return brand new unused items only
- Sale, Clearance, Promotional, Coupon Discounted, Sample Sale Items are not returnable.
- All tags must be attached and accompanying items included
- Pack the return properly
- Insure the parcel for loss or damage in return shipping
- Ship using a tracking number
- Wait for the email confirming receipt of the return.
- Due to our below-retail pricing, we charge $10 return processing fee
- The cost of shipping is your responsibility
- Your return is processed for a store credit
